Psalm 78 He let loose upon them the fierceness of His anger, His wrath and indignation and distress, by sending [a mission of] angels of calamity and woe among them.
a)This verse teaches on the danger of disobeying God, you can not disobey him and go free, God will surely punish evil. The psalmist recounted God's faithfulness in visiting with indignation upon sin. We must not provoke God to wrath.
b) I will encourage thus : from this verse we are taught to know the danger of disobeying God. you can not disobey God and go free, God said the boastful shall not stand before his presence and he hates all evildoers. Rhonda Helen Noctor, Nuku’alofa, Tonga; Email:email@example.com Proverbs 11:4 “Riches do not profit in the day of wrath, but righteousness delivers from death.” (NIV) EXPLAIN EACH VERSE, THE LOVE OF MONEY IS THE ROOT OF ALL EVIL. THE RIGHTEOUSNESS OF GOD DELIVERS US FROM DEATH. Money CANNOT REMOVE the wrath of God but ONLY THE SON OF GOD. No amount of good works will ever save us .(Rom 3:10-12) and all fall short of God’s glory (Rom 3:23). Repent or Jesus said you will perish (Luke 13:3) and die in your sins (John 8:21-24).How do they help your salvation presentation
Quote the scriptures. Proverbs 11:4 “Riches do not profit in the day of wrath, but righteousness delivers from death.” This was help the salvation presentation with the gospel tract “What must I do to go to hell?” When God is about to deliver his people, he stirs up their friends to pray for them. We did pray for the lost! We did apply spiritually the prophet's prayer to Christ, to take care of his church, as the great Shepherd of the sheep, and to go before them, while they are here in this world as in a wood, in this world but not of it. God promises in answer to this prayer, he will do that for them which shall be repeating the miracles of former ages. As their sin brought them into bondage, so God's pardoning their sin brought them out. All who find pardoning mercy, cannot but wonder at that mercy; we have reason to stand amazed, if we know what it is. When the Lord takes away the guilt of sin, that it may not condemn us, he will break the power of sin, that it may not have dominion over us. If left to ourselves, our sins will be too hard for us; but God's grace shall be sufficient to subdue them, so that they shall not rule us, and then they shall not ruin us. When God forgives sin, he takes care that it never shall be remembered any more against the sinner.
Luckson Chadenga, Chinhoyi, Zimbabwe; Romans 5:8-9 (NKJV) - “But God demonstrates His own love toward us, in that while we were still sinners, Christ died for us. 9 Much more then, having now been justified by His blood, we shall be saved from wrath through Him.” Email firstname.lastname@example.org
The book of Romans was written by the Apostle Paul and is packed with issues pertain to salvation, justification and righteousness. Below are some verse that can lead someone to salvation from the book of Romans. This verse is showing us the degree of God’s love to humanity, that even though we were sinners, he never hesitated to give us his only precious gift to die on our behalf. The Blood of Jesus Christ justified us and is able to save us from the wrath that was brought about with sin. In reference with leading someone to salvation, I cannot help but posit that; God loves you very much that he gave his only begotten son to die for you and me. Through his blood we are justified and he is our only hope for salvation. Reciprocate this love to the Lord by receiving Jesus Christ as your personal saviour. In conclusion l can lead someone to salvation using the above scriptures by telling them the degree of love God has for us.
