Graphs are printed in black & white. The preferred notation is MLA or APA. Papers & books may advocate any position for all issues. The length of your papers should be less than 49,000 words. Please submit papers through email as Microsoft Word format attachments. Journals are published quarterly on the 15th of March, June, September, and December (Please allow for Holiday changes) and mailed 15 days later. Please allow 25 days for review and response. Manuscripts submitted by Advisory Directors (reviewers) are reviewed by Franklin publishers and editors.
Academic journals are for the use of professionals in their field (lawyer, CPA, engineer, business CEO, etc) and those in higher education (professor, dean, provost, etc). Master and Doctor level students are invited to submit articles under the supervision of a faculty member whose name appears on the title page of the article.

Submitting manuscripts to Franklin Journals:
It is important that all manuscripts are prepared for publication in any of the standard formats: MLA, APA, Chicago, etc. Articles published must have all graphs, tables, and illustrations in their proper place and formatted to fit in a standard 81/2 by 11 page. We can only accept submissions in Microsoft Word format. Authors submitting manuscripts for the first time should include a resume.
Articles should be submitted as email attachments and sent to ludwigotto@sbcglobal.net . Authors retain ownership of their articles and therefore there are no contracts between Franklin and author. There are no "Author's Copies" of articles, books, or journals. Submission of an article to Franklin Publishing is legally considered that the author is waiving all right of review, and or withdrawal. An author is notified by email of acceptance or denial of the publisher's intent to publish. Author's receive a 25% discount when ordering a print journal that contains their article. Franklin Publishing Company was founded in 1983 as a successor to Sheffield Publishing, a division of Slent Computer Corporation, a public corporation with 20 campus locations in six States and the Dominican Republic. SCC was founded in 1966 and its initial company in 1958. The original company was a publisher of computer, data processing, and mathematics textbooks, and in 1983 it began to publish five weekly newspapers: World Sports & Entertainment, The Downtown News, The National Job News, The Business News for Entrepreneurs, and US Singles Today; since 1987 its primary emphasis has been in the publishing of academic journals and books.
