Submission Guidelines: Franklin Publishing Company
is interested in receiving manuscripts that explore
interesting and important issues.
All submitted manuscripts should be accompanied by a brief resume that includes
a street mailing address and phone number.
Review times vary, but are generally less than 45 days. Articles may be Emailed,
and should be sent as Microsoft Word attachments and follow required MLA,
Chicago, Turabian, or APA formatting. Statistics and tables must be in their proper
place within a manuscript and will not be moved or repositioned. Non-Fiction books
should be less than 300 pages (105,000 words). Other formats are
accepted if there are no hidden endnotes or foot notes to Microsoft Word software
and do not require special formatting. Faxed submissions are not accepted.
Approved advertising is accepted in all books and journals and rate appear on
this web site.
Review copies are not available. Authors receive a 15% discount on
single issue and annual subscriptions. Authors receive a 20% royalty
on books sold through our Franklin Publishing Company web site.
Author's copies are not available. Authors retain ownership of all
manuscripts and therefore no contracts are signed with authors.
Receipt of manuscript from author or agent is deem as intent to
be published by Franklin Publishing Company.
We do not provide free copies of books, journals, or articles
printed in journals or books. Authors are paid for their manuscripts
by receiving a 15% discount on books or journals that they purchase,
and a one year membership in one of the following associations:
International Association of Professionals,
The National Ethics & Critical Thinking Institute,
or Americans for Better Education.
Mail all manuscripts and payments to Franklin Publishing Company,
2723 Steamboat Circle, Arlington, Texas 76006, USA. Credit card payments may
be made on-line at this web site. There is a $25 fee for any credit card charge
backs or cancellations. All books and journals are printed on 81/2 x 11 stock for
easy reading and notation. Refunds will be made in full upon return of the items
purchased, in their original condition, and within 15 days of shipment- less mailing
and handling costs.

Franklin Publishing Company was founded in 1983 as a successor to
Matterhorn Data Publishing and Processing, founded in 1958.
The original company was a publisher of computer, data processing,
and mathematics textbooks, and in 1983 it began to publish five weekly
newspapers: World Sports & Entertainment, The Downtown News,
The National Job News, The Business News for Entrepreneurs,
and US Singles Today; since 1987 its primary emphasis has been
in the publishing of academic journals and books.
Quarterly journals are printed on the 15th of March, June, September, and December.
Monthly journals are printed on the 15th of each month. Books are priced as listed
and include shipping, handling, and postage. An additional 10% discount is available
for orders of ten or more journals or books.
